We’re excited to announce that our wood fired oven is up and running…

We prepare our pizza in accordance with the standards of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, utilizing imported Caputo 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Pizzas are cooked in our 800 degree wood fired oven which produces a charred and chewy crust with a slight crunch.
